1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  2. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days from date of order.
  3. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Sundays and holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
  4. Goods once sold cannot be return or replace back
  5. The replacement/return request, you can generate within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order before dispatch by emailing corp@zeelab.co.in or login from your accounts. Once your order is cancelled(before dispatch), dispatch process will be cancelled. If you cancel your order after dispatch, shipment charges will not be refund on that order. Refund process will be start after the confirmation of the order cancellation, refund process may take 7-10 working days Note: no refunds are offered, if customer use the product( products not in the same condition as dispatch).
