Refund and Returns Policy

  • Step 1 – The replacement/return request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery The missing/damaged product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery. If return or refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business day
  • Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
  • Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
  • Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location; you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
  • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the availability of stock.
  • Step 6 – If the Product is delivered with the expiry of 3 months or less, then only in that case Product can be return back. Only then Amount can be refunded.
  • Step 7 – All Products sold on www.maclane.in are for customers purpose only and not for Retailers, Distributors or Re-selling. Under what conditions can I replace/return my product?
