Maclane.in (“Site”) is owned by Maclane Document Services Pvt. Ltd. Maclane.in reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these T&C from time to time. Users who violate these T&C will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site. Users should check these T&C periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these T&C, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

“Customer” or “you” means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products.

Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt. You agree to our Refund & Return Policywith the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Product Description

maclane.in tries to be as accurate as possible. However, maclane.in does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by maclane.in itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product Availability Clause

maclane.in does reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered in accordance with the agreement but if for any reason the item you have ordered should be out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you within 48 hours, and let you know when the item will be back in stock or No Stock maclane.in has the authority to cancel the order and the refund the amount as per refund policy.

Cancellation by maclane.in

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be deposited in your account once the placed order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on maclane.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to maclane.in Further the said information will not be utilised and shared by maclane.in with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. maclane.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

maclane.in reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. maclane.in reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms And Conditions.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by maclane.in for redelivery shall be claimed from you. That you will use the services provided by maclane.in its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. maclane.in reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), maclane.in has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of maclane.in and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. That you grant permission to Maclane to call you or SMS you from our telephony provider incase of any clarification needed in design or about the order or for delivery related information or for any order related queries. You also accept to receive SMS related to order status on each stage. That you agree to bear the risk of delay in delivery of goods caused due to third party (being the logistics provider) and maclane.in would not be held responsible in any of such cases. This is for the best interest of all parties in concern. That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description. You understand that by using this Site or any services provided on the Site, you may encounter Content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which Content may or may not be identified as such. You agree to use the Site and any service at your sole risk and that to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, maclane.in and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.

Payment Services

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

User Account Data
Maclane.in respects the privacy of every individual. We protect the personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and respect the confidentiality of our visitors and subscribers. We share only the necessary information for processing the order(s) to our trusted logistics and business partners. Individual users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password and you agree to accept the responsibility for all the activities that occur using your account and password. maclane.in shall not be responsible for any loss or damage due to failure to safeguard your account. maclane.in holds the right to indefinitely suspend or cancel any account, if the data found to be inaccurate or mischievous and can refuse the user to access the site. You shall notify here of any suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your account maclane.in reserves the right to limit the use of voucher codes. We may, at our discretion, limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used. Voucher Coupon codes are intended for individual use one time per customer. The Terms And Conditions for any Contest shall be separately available on the Site. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and the Terms And Conditions pertaining to any Contest, former terms and conditions shall prevail.

Request erasure of Your Personal Data

You have the right to ask Us to delete or remove Personal Data when there is no good reason for Us to continue processing it. In order to exercise this right, you can; A) Send an email request to info@maclane.in (I ADDED THIS AS A PLACEHOLDER, REPLACE WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OF CHOICE) stating the email address used to login into the Maclane Photo App. Or B) In the Maclane Photo App; Open the side menu Navigate to your account by tapping on the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner. Press “Edit”, then press “Delete account”, and confirm your choice. Once you add this, please appeal the FB decision, which should do the trick.
